Accessing or using our services (including WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram, Instagram, Webchat, IVR, Virtual Numbers, AI Voice Agents, RCS Messaging, Email Automation, or related integrations) indicates that you have read, understood, and legally accepted these Terms.
This Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. BotBee reserves the right to deny access to any user for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason.

“BotBee”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the owners, operators, and licensors of the platform.

BotBee relies on third-party integrations such as WhatsApp Cloud API, Meta services, RCS providers, Telegram APIs, Google Workspace APIs, telecom operators, and cloud hosting providers.
We do not control these external services and cannot guarantee their uptime, performance, message delivery, approval processes, or account compliance decisions (e.g., WhatsApp bans, Facebook restrictions, SMS failure).
BotBee is not liable for interruptions, removals, API enforcement actions, or service changes caused by these external providers.

All platform content—including software, source code, call flow builder, AI modules, documentation, UI/UX designs, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and visual elements—is owned or licensed by BotBee.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for your business purposes.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, modify, or reproduce our platform or materials without prior written approval.

We strive to provide 99% uptime and uninterrupted service.
However, we may modify, restrict, or discontinue features with or without notice due to:

You may not use any BotBee branding, trademarks, logos, or proprietary content without prior written authorization from BotBee.

Deep-link or frame BotBee’s pages in a manner that misrepresents ownership
Reproduce, sell, or publicly display BotBee’s interface without permission
Use BotBee’s logos, marks, or UI/UX components in any promotional or commercial material without consent
BotBee reserves the right to request removal of any unauthorized links, embedded content, or copied UI elements, and may pursue legal remedies for violators under applicable intellectual property laws.

We may update, modify, or revise this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this document.
